BUG HEAD NET
Simple & Effective Design
WEIGHT: 0.7 oz | 20 gm
MATERIAL: Nanoseeum 0.7 oz sq/yd Mesh
This simple and effective Bug Head Net, is made with Nanoseeum ® mesh to stop all those pesky and vicious bugs – even tiny midges & gnats! This head net isn’t hot while hiking, as Nanoseeum ® mesh is highly breathable and has low wind & water resistance, allowing for air flow. Surprisingly, wearing this ultralight wonder at night adds a little bit of head warmth, like a super light balaclava, because you aren’t moving while sleeping, so the warm air inside stays inside a bit longer. It’s just right for night temps from about 55 – 70 F | 13 – 21 C!

Professor Gary Campbell (verified owner) –
Just back from three days in the highlands of Scotland. I have used a lot of different midgie nets over the past 30 plus years but this is hands down by far the best. It takes a wee while to get the strings and things sorted but once you have it is simple to use. unlike most other head nets, the shape keeps everything off your face and not clinging while giving full protection from the wee beasties. I wore it with a baseball type cap but it also works well with my Tilley hat. I generally wear it tucked into my zip up base layer and it is simplicity itself lo lift up the front for a quick swig or bite before closing down the front and ‘raising shields’. I cannot sing the praises of MLD kit highly enough – off to write a review of the Spirit quilt. Keep up the great work guys!
