The MLD Omni Camlock Poles are strong enough for any single-pole pyramid-style tent. Adjustable from 53″ to 65″. Sections can be easily removed to make it almost any length.

The folded length is only 16″ so they pack small to fit any UL backpacking or bikepacking setup.

NOTE: With any tent pole, consider if you may need a small cap or pad to protect your tent from abrasion or pressure at the end of the pole.

MLD Omni Camlock Poles are made from 12mm and 14mm thick Hi-Modulus Carbon Fiber with smooth-domed aluminum end caps and beefy 4mm all-weather, long-lasting shock cord. Camlocks micro adjust and make for efficient setup and are far easier than button or twist-pole mechanisms that can fail.

• We use stronger and thicker wall CF Vs slightly lighter poles designed to only work with shorter tents or double pole style tents below the tree line.
• Camlock is far easier than button or twist pole mechanisms.
• 16″ folded length fits inside rear pack pockets easily and for bikepacking it fits in handlebar cradles with narrower drop bars.

FITS

• All MLD shelters except SuperMid.
• All other single pole pyramid style shelters from other manufacturers under 65″.
• Cricket, SoloMid XL, DuoMid, and DuoMid XL use the full length.
• TrailStar and Grace Tarps: MLD Omni Camlock Poles fit perfectly if you remove 1 or 2 sections.

LENGTH VARAITIONS

Easy to remove sections to fit any straight pole tent or tarp requiring a pole under 65″.
• Remove 1 section = 39″- 52″ adjustable 4.4oz pole.
• Remove 2 sections = 26″- 39″ 3.7oz adjustable pole.
• Remove only the adjustable end section = 52” nonadjustable 3.6oz pole.
• Remove adjustable end section + one more section = 40” nonadjustable 2.9oz pole.

The smooth domed aluminum end pole caps are easy to remove, and the shock cord is easy to replace or shorten. Use a knife blade to separate the end caps. The standard 4mm, beefy, long-lasting, all-weather shock cord can be replaced with a lighter 2mm bungee cord for a .5oz weight saving.
