LOOKING FOR 6″ EASTON STAKES? Stop Looking – We Don’t Use Them. Why? The 8.75″ stake have over more than 2X the holding power for only .09oz more weight. Duhhhh. If you need smaller or lighter stakes for shelter secondary stake points, our Titanium Skewer stakes have almost the same holding power as the 6″ Easton Stakes but they pack smaller and weigh less.
These large round stakes hold better in a wider range of soils Vs most similar length V or Y stakes. Why? Easton 8.75″ Nano Stakes do not tear up and excessively disturb the compacted ground when inserted. The holding pressure of the soil is evenly distributed around the entire surface of the nano tube stake. Insert at a 25-35 degree angle for maximum holding power.
