The MLD XL Omni Camlock Tent Poles have been specifically designed for the SuperMid and large shelters in 4-season, high wind, and snow conditions. MLD XL Omni Camlock Poles are strong enough for all single pole pyramid style tents and can be easily shortened to fit any straight pole tent or tarp under 76″. The folded length is 18″, so they’re easy to carry and pack in rear pack pockets and on bike racks.

MLD XL Omni Camlock Tent Poles are made from super strong, 13.8 mm and 16.1 mm thick-walled, Hi-Modulus Carbon Fiber with smooth-domed aluminum end caps and beefy all-weather, long-lasting shock cord. Camlocks micro adjust, making for efficient setup, and are far easier than button or twist-pole mechanisms. The smooth domed aluminum end pole caps are easy to remove for section adjustment, and the shock cord is easy to replace or shorten. Use a knife blade to separate the end caps.

NOTE: With any tent pole, consider if you may need a small cap or pad to protect your tent from abrasion or pressure at the end of the pole.

FEATURES

FITS

• Fits all MLD Mids and Shelters. Can be shortened to fit shelters shorter than 76”.
• Fits all other single pole pyramid-style shelters from other manufacturers under 76”.
• Cricket, SoloMid XL, DuoMid, and DuoMid XL remove one section.

LENGTH VARIATIONS

• Remove 1 section = 49”- 61” adjustable (6.4 oz | 181 gm pole.)
• Remove 2 sections = 33”- 47” adjustable (5.1 oz | 144 gm pole.)
• Remove only the adjustable end section = 61” nonadjustable (5.8 oz | 164 gm pole.)
