After trying many stem bags for years and building many prototypes, our design minister, Mr. Ron, found they all were too small, left valuable unused outside stretch pocket space and/or had tiny low or no stretch outside pockets. The STEM BRÛLÉE stem bag was born.

Larger than most others, it can hold any size bike bottle, a tall 1.5L soda bottle, or a 1L Nalgene bottle easily.

The outside stretch pocket wraps all the way around the bag split into three sections. The HUGE 8”X7” fast access center stretch section can swallow many candy bars and even wind shirts and gloves. It sports the largest stretch pocket on any stem bag. No more stuff bouncing out of tiny mesh side slots. The two smaller side mesh slots are deep and wide enough for XL length candy bars. We like to keep our fast access primary tubeless tire plug kit handy in one slot.

We have tried it on many size MTB, Gravel and Adventure bikes and rider heights. The only bikes that might be tight are 52cm or smaller frames with a very short reach cockpit (small race gravel bikes) with extra short stems or a small bike with a very short head tube or very short handlebar to fork crown clearance. Note that it only extends about 1/2″ / | 15 mm closer to the knees than any other size stem bag. Extra Small bikes can have trouble with any size stem bag.
