WARRANTY

All sewn gear is warranted for SIX MONTHS for significant manufacturing and material defects. We want to fix those rare problems quickly and will pay for the return postage.

Depending on the nature of the problem, we may repair, replace, or refund warranty returns. Small issues usually get repaired; full refunds are rare. Ultralight gear requires reasonable care and treatment on the trail. We do not warranty user damage, normal wear and tear, or porcupine attacks. Use standard and careful UL/SUL technique with your gear.

RETURNS

 MLD now builds all gear to order each month. You are basically making a CUSTOM ORDER and we build it just for you!

We do not allow returns.

You may cancel an order for full refund if we have not started on it, but that window may be VERY short after an order is made.

Please read the entire product description and if new to this type SUL/UL gear, check out any review links, YT videos and the product pages before purchasing.

If you are not sure about a product, email us. We’d love to help you figure out what you need before you make a purchase!

  • Size exchanges are always free, BUT PLEASE read the entire product description closely to limit this need as exchanges may take 1-3 months.
  • Qualifying order cancelations before shipping are always Free if we have not already started building it, and orders can start quickly after order.
  • Questions about gear before purchase are always Free.
EXCHANGES

We will happily make a size exchange within 14 days from delivery. We are always excited to help with size exchanges! For an exchange, the product MUST be returned to us 100% New and Unused, so please test and inspect your new gear at home first, and not on the trail. If you are unsure about the fit, call us! If you need a different size, send it back, and we will pay the postage IN THE US ONLY to send you the size you really need.

REFUNDS

See Returns Info above.  We build your order as a custom product when you order it. We only do refunds if you cancel the order before we have started the building process of if we have sent a defective product. 

REPAIRS

We are happy to do damage repairs when possible Repairs are charged at $50 / hour. Please, only send in clean gear for repair!  If we have to clean the gear before repair, it may be expensive and take extra weeks. Contact us by email first. Send Pics!
